Shoulder Press 5x5 (between 105lbs and 115lbs)

Power Snatch + 2 Snatch
65% for 2 sets, 70% for 3 sets

then

Back Squat
2×6 @ 75%

then

3 Rounds:
50 Double Unders
25 Hollow Rocks

Snatch: 85 (65%) & 95 (70%)

Back Squat: 175lbs (I think I was supposed to do 75% of 1rm not 6rm, oops)

WOD: 8:52 (Hollow Rocks seemed really easy. Maybe I was doing them wrong.)
