Fun workout. I love me the heavy days! Even though we really didn't get to lift very heavy (I can shoulder press way more than this), I can see the snatch being an impressive lift later. It was also nice to not be kicking my own ass in the gym. I've been feeling less like going, but I feel pretty motivated after today.
