- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
Liked this workout even though I didn't keep up the entire time. Kicked-ass for the first 12-15 rounds. Hit "the wall" and could hardly do push-ups. Probably would have kept up if not for the push-ups keeping me.
