"Chelsea" 

30 Minutes of (as many rounds as possible in 1 minute rounds. Max of 30 rounds)

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

23 rounds

Liked this workout even though I didn't keep up the entire time. Kicked-ass for the first 12-15 rounds. Hit "the wall" and could hardly do push-ups. Probably would have kept up if not for the push-ups keeping me.
